| West Linton Gymnastics 'Linton Gymtastic' requires voluntary or a level 1/2 coach to help with our recreational club on a Saturday from 9-2pm We are a rural recreational club that has been in operation for over 30 years and currently have 65 female members age 5-14years from the village and surrounding area. Our ethos is based on fun - developing fundamental gymnastics skills, confidence and self esteem in all our girls. We work through the Scottish Gymnastics award scheme and put on an annual display to our parents. This year we attended Gymfest for the first time and hope to return in 2012. We do operate from the Primary school in West Linton with primary school equipment so we are looking for coaches or volunteers who can appreciate the value of what we can do and make the most of our situation and available resources. We operate during school terms only and the maximum number of sessions per year is 27. We will fully support any volunteers who wish to gain qualifications with us and will pay volunteer travel expenses. We would also be keen to hear from you if you think you are interested but might not be able to commit to every session, so could act as a relief coach/ or on rotation with parent volunteers.
