Dear Cricket Lover and Borders Cricket Stakeholder,

Cricket Scotland Community Cricket Strategy 2011-13
You may be aware that Cricket Scotland is preparing a new strategy for the community game, to come into effect later this year. In preparation for this Community Cricket Strategy 2011-13 I would like to invite you to attend a strategy workshop in your local area. As an important stakeholder in community cricket this is your opportunity to help shape the future of your game.
The workshop is scheduled to last for two hours and will involve working in small groups. The key topics to be covered are:
• Identifying the issues faced by cricket in the community.
• Cricket development over the next three years.
• Priority areas for Community Cricket when building this strategy.
WIN Scotland tickets!
Everyone attending any of the workshops will be entered into a prize draw to win a pair of tickets to see Scotland take on England in the One Day International,
Saturday 19 June, 2010, The Grange, Edinburgh.
Where is your local workshop?
Your local workshop is:
Monday 26th April
7:00 for 7:30 pm start
The Town House, Melrose
For further details or to confirm your attendance, please contact your local Cricket Development Officer:

Your feedback will shape the draft strategy and therefore your attendance and input is important to us. Each participant will be sent a copy of the draft strategy and a consultation period will take place during August, in preparation for the publishing in October. This is your opportunity to input into the direction of community cricket over the next three years.
