one.
As this was a festival the teams were also secretly marked on fair play, team work and sportsmanship. Aberdeen Minis B came 3rd with 92 points while their A team were runners up with93 points, but on 94 points the Mini Maroons came out on top a great achievement.
All the players are a great credit not only to the Mini Maroons but to their families as well and all the coach's would like to thank them for their efforts throughout the season and wish them well as they move up to the Gala Red Triangle and Galashiels Academy after the summer. They also watched some of the top 7s teams in the world playing in the IRB Sevens tournament on the main Murrayfield pitch. They would also like to thank the Gala Red Triangle for the use of their bus and driver Kevin Shaw. A great time was had by all in what was a most enjoyable fun day out at Murrayfield.
