Focus Judo Club

Training times:  Tom is assisted by several qualified coaches and offers four classes on Monday evenings divided as follows:

Junior Class  -  for 5 to 7 years old meets at 6pm-6.40pm

Intermediate Class - for 8 to 13 years old meets at 6:45-7:30pm

Senior Class  - for  14 to 16 years old and high graded Juniors meets at 7.30pm-8.30pm

Adult Class - for Secondary S1 to S6 and adults meets at 8.30-10.00pm 

The children's classes stop for the school holidays. 
 
You are welcome to try a session of judo for free, before deciding if it's for you, come along on a Monday evening to the Focus centre and speak to Tom.

During the classes, you will be taught the principles of Judo and practice the new techniques you have learnt in class.
All judokas who join the club must become members of Judo Scotland. Once registered, you will receive a license book and red belt and be eligible for Judo Gradings.  Club gradings are held twice a year.

Peebles Judo Club

Training times: Colin is assisted by senior club coaches and parent helpers and offers three classes divided as follows

Junior Class -  Primary 4 and Primary 5 - 6:15pm to 7:00pm

Intermediate Class - Primary 6 and Primary 7 - 7:00pm to 8:00pm

Senior Class - Secondary S1 to S6 and adults - 8:00pm to 9:00pm.
