**Enjoy-a-Ball**
Enjoy-a-Ball is a sports coaching programme for children aged 3-9 years. Through the sessions, the children gradually develop movement literacy, sports specific skills, and confidence across 8 ball sports in a non-competitive, fun environment.

**Hockey**
The hockey participation centres run throughout the Borders, and are fun and enjoyable ways for children to learn the skills involved in hockey and gain the initial experience of playing the game. They link directly to school PE and will prepare youngsters for secondary school hockey and set a lasting impression for future participation in a Borders club.
